Veteran Irish blues master, with roots in the American South, Hendrix, and his homeland, breaks through all the barriers with a stunning set of soul-dripping originals as thick, and as potent as a Guinness.

A powerful swampy growl and soulful smooth vocal, across an eclectic blend of blues, soul and funk songs with blistering guitar solos.

An active contributor to the Irish blues scene in the 60's & 70's sharing stages with his peers Rory Gallagher, Van Morrison, Jimi Hendrix and John Mayall & The Blues Breakers.

Unfortunately, the violence and unrest in the North put an end to Rab's career up until the 90's when he was able to turn his harsh experiences into a magic potion of hope through festivals and record contracts.

‘Belfast Blues' received rave reviews in Canada and the US . He recorded 5 tracks on the award winning ‘Blues and Beyond' and his ‘Belfast Breakdown' was voted “Blues Album of the Year” and reached No.1 in 2003 on the Roots & Blues charts in France.

Rab's collaboration with Hubert Sumlin, (Howlin Wolf), Nickie Scott (Van Morrison), Babi Floyd (Rolling Stones) Brian Mitchell, (Bob Dylan) Clark Gayton (Santana) Tony Beard (Jeff Beck) all contributed to making this record a masterpiece. Rab McCullough's return to the music scene is widely and warmly received.

A celebration and re-emergence of a great talent, Rab and his band are set to light up the TF Royal Theatre with their energy and conviction.
